Diamantè by Venuka bridges Sri Lankan cultural heritage, historical opulence and contemporary luxury. Founded by Sri Lankan-born, England-based fashion and costume designer Venuka Wickramaarachchi, the brand transforms clothing into a medium for storytelling through textile manipulation, sculptural silhouettes and traditional craftsmanship.

Romantic, experimental and deeply rooted in culture, Venuka’s practice reimagines heritage techniques for a contemporary international audience. His latest work explores Beeralu, Sri Lanka’s intricate bobbin-lace tradition, alongside Dumbara Rata, a heritage weaving practice recognised for its bold geometric motifs.

Presented in London, Milan and Kazakhstan, Venuka’s work has also received recognition through Sri Lanka’s Presidential Film Awards and Lux Film Awards. Through Diamantè by Venuka, he champions Sri Lankan craftsmanship while creating a dialogue between heritage, innovation and modern luxury.
