Liu Tong, a graduate of the Beijing Institute of Fashion, is the founder and chief designer of the high-end custom women's clothing brand "Yitongyiyu." Founded in June 2016, the brand aims to cater to confident and self-aware women who appreciate the finer things in life. Liu Tong has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry, having worked as a brand designer for renowned women's clothing enterprises in China before setting up the Tongyu Clothing Design Studio in April 2015. In addition to his role at "Yitongyiyu," Liu Tong also serves as an associate professor at Chengdu Textile College.

The brand "Yitongyiyu" is positioned as a personalized and affordable luxury custom design, with a focus on the "new Chinese style." Liu Tong believes that Chinese culture is rich, profound, and transcends time and space, and that incorporating these cultural elements into fashion design is the future of fashion. He is committed to combining artistic creation with practicality, and integrating his personal style with the broader public aesthetic.

This exhibition showcases four design series for the autumn and winter season, showcasing Liu Tong's unique vision and his passion for fashion. The philosophical meaning behind the brand's name "Yitongyiyu" speaks to Liu Tong's focus on doing one thing well, as represented by the word "one." The name also represents the fusion of Liu Tong's name and philosophy, combining "Tong" and "Yu" to create a brand that is truly his own.
