Creative DNA Kenya
Creative DNA is a British Council Kenya programme focused on promoting alternative and innovative approaches to the global fashion system with the ambition of demonstrating that the fashion sector in Kenya is a professional choice for young people and a valuable contributor to the creative economy. Through strategic partnerships in Kenya (METTA) and the UK (Fashion Scout), the programme explores three areas of work namely; research & insight, policy and advocacy and business support.
Creative DNA presents: The Nairobi x London Sessions. Join us for a series of virtual panel discussions set to explore; three of the leading Fashion Weeks across Sub-Saharan Africa, newly launched research on sustainable textile innovation in Kenya and responses to Covid-19 from emerging designers in London and Nairobi.
