240791 was born the day I was, hence the brand's name. Eleni Kavvada's love for haute couture and hand made one of a kind pieces made for the modern person, are the elements that form my structure.

I love volumes, peculiar shapes and unconventional materials manipulated in a way that touches haute couture. I make everything by myself in my studio in Athens, never leaving behind the tailoring part that is hugely important in my constructions.

I also have a diffusion line with more ready to wear pieces, that take elements from my more theatrical ones, in a more simple and wearable form. Each piece is being made only once and its not reproduced, enhancing the one of a kind/ slow fashion approach of the brand.

In our digital showcase, we are trying to portray various parts of the day to day life in the studio, including the excitement, the struggle, the achievement and the final product, walking and moving on the body. Its almost like this video is the backstage material of the real one. Through vivid moments and sounds, we are taking you with us in the creative process and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we did!
