For the first time in London Fashion Week history, the runway is being captured by a feast.

At London Fashion Week A/W 2025, People Pleaser Salad (PPS)—London’s go-to spot for fast, fresh, and flavourful food—presented a unique concept—- a gastronomical experience supported by a capsule collection designed for its own front of house crew

A SHOW YOU CAN TASTE

With sustainability at its core, PPS has created a capsule collection made entirely from repurposed kitchen wear, transforming aprons, t-shirts, tote bags, and military gear into bold, reimagined pieces. Corsets, deconstructed jackets, and layered tops merge function with style—showcasing how utility can be repurposed into high-impact fashion.

PPS is not just any food brand—it’s a family business, built on the traditions they grew up with. Their story begins around the kind of big, abundant tables that defined their upbringing—where food wasn’t just a meal, but a shared experience, a way of bringing people together, and a form of self-expression.

At the heart of the brand is a deep passion for nutritious, flavourful, and consciously crafted food. The vision behind PPS was shaped by Deniz Berdan, head chef and founder, who previously launched Health & Shape Magazine in Turkey and has spent years researching how to fuel the body with real, nourishing food. Deniz spent two years traveling the world to develop the PPS menu, inspired by global flavours and the importance of eating well.

Bringing a scientific approach to flavour, Can Berdan, with a biomedical sciencesbackground, is the mind behind PPS’s zesty, bold, and balanced dressings. Treating his sauces like lab experiments, he has perfected recipes like PPS’s signature Green Goddess Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette that the brand proudly served at their LFW show as well.
